I never knew that something such as a cover letter could increase your chances to get a good job greatly. The advice given about cover letters are very beneficial to me and i agree with everything that i read. Many company's who are reading applications have to go through so many resumes and cover letters, but the first thing they look at is the cover letter. Based on the cover letter decides whether the company will go into further reading of your application or if they just move to the next one. Finally, i must agree with the fact that researching the company is a very smart thing to do.
